Repair your drone in three easy steps
Please use the book a repair button to directly book a repair and Submit the form. Alternatively if you have any questions feel free to contact us to discuss the repair that you require first. Unfortunately we cannot fix items damaged by water. These items are susceptible to intermittent failure and cannot reliably be restored to an airworthy condition.
Securely package your item with the gimbal clamp in place (if applicable). The manufacturer’s packaging is best. We require your Quadcopter (inc camera) & Controller Only. We don’t require Batteries, Props, SD Card, Battery Charger, Micro USB Cables etc, please don’t send these. If you are sending your item from overseas, please do not include your battery due to shipping restrictions.
When your item arrives we will notify you immediately, then our engineers will produce a quotation for your approval. We will never carry out any work without your permission. AGREE TO JOB Just accept the quotation by replying the email or whatsapp.

CAN YOU REPAIR MY DRONE?
The simple answer is: Yes! We can repair all the listed models of DJI gimbals, regardless of if they have a firmware fault, a problem with the gimbal or camera, or if they’ve been completely smashed to pieces.
WHAT SHOULD I SEND?
For Phantoms, Mavics & Inspires: We require your Quadcopter (inc camera) and controller only. We don’t require Props, SD Cards, Battery Charger, Micro USB Cable etc, Please don’t send these If you are sending your item from overseas please do not include your battery due to shipping restrictions. Please do not send any damaged batteries of any kind.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Please note that during busy periods such as summer, our turnaround time may be longer; however, our aim is to provide a high level of service and repair quality instead of rushing jobs out as quickly as possible.
DO YOU TEST FLY BEFORE SENDING MY DRONE BACK?
Yes. Every drone is fully flight tested before it is carefully packed up and returned to you.
